Shipping Timescale / Packaging
We make every effort to get our products to you as quickly as possible. Despatch will normally be within 5 working days and we will inform you if any item you order is likely to be delayed. If you are advised of a delay you will be given the option to cancel your order and your credit card transaction will be cancelled or refunded. Your order will be securely packed for shipping.


Shipping Charges
Shipping charges to destinations within the UK mainland are shown on your order. Orders for Non UK Mainland destinations will involve additional shipping charges and we will always advise you of this before confirming acceptance of your order.

On large or very small orders we can often negotiate a special shipping rate. Please contact us for details.


Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to return any product then you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will return your money within 30 days of cancellation providing you have returned the goods to us undamaged. You will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods unless the conditions below apply.

All our products are securely and professionally packaged, however on very rare occasions damage can occur when the goods are in transit to you. If when you receive your delivery it is damaged, or you wish to return it to us due to manufacturing defects, or because of any error on our part, we will pay for the cost of returning the goods. You must however notify us of damaged goods or errors within 7 days of receipt, and we do reserve the right to replace individual components.

You must notify us of any manufacturing defects within 30 days. We will accept notifications after this period but you will then need to pay the cost of returning the goods.

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if we cannot achieve our quoted despatch time.

UK consumer statutory rights are not affected.


Product Prices
Prices quoted exclude VAT and shipping charges. These charges will be
added to your order when you proceed to the checkout. If shipping charges or prices need to be altered for any reason, we will advise you and seek confirmation of acceptance before processing your order.


Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta payments via this Website. If you wish to pay by a Cheque drawn on a UK Bank, Money Order, Postal Order then please select this option within the Checkout system and you will be presented with details of where to send payment.

Secure Server
MINIBINGO.CO.UK operates on a secure web server offering you total security during and after your transaction. Credit Card information transmitted between your PC and our server is encrypted and it remains encrypted whilst your order is processed and recorded for warranty purposes.

Complaints
We will acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days. This is normally by e-mail but we will write to you if you prefer. When acknowledging your complaint we will also advise you on what steps we are taking to resolve it, and the likely timescale. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, we will always update you on progress. All complaints are treated fairly and in strict confidence.
